Rutgers University – Music Hall Expansion

Langan provided site/civil engineering design and permitting services for the expansion of Nicholas Music Hall on the Rutgers University’s Cook Douglass Campus. The project adds rehearsal and teaching studios, practice rooms, a dance studio, and a choral suite. In addition, an outdoor plaza area was constructed adjacent to the building expansion. Langan provided full engineering design services including site layout, grading and drainage, stormwater management, and utilities. Langan also provided topographic surveying services.
