Santa Clarita Oil and Gas Lease Closure

Langan managed lease closure obligations and a settlement agreement for a 1,730-acre site that was formerly used for oil and gas production. The lease closure activities included remedial investigation, removal of over 100,000 linear feet of piping, decommissioning of nine facilities, and plugging and abandonment of over 40 production wells. Our services included strategic planning, permit acquisition, day-to-day field operations, construction schedule and activities, and delivery of technical documentation and communication for lease closure.
