School of the Holy Child – Kelly Center for Inspiration

School of the Holy Child is an all-girls, independent, college-preparatory school for grades 5-12. Langan was part of the team that designed a new 8,000 SF academic STEAM center for the school. We provided input on site/civil issues associated with the Schematic plans, with the focus being on utilities, grading, drainage, and access for emergency equipment. Our engineers prepared Site Plan Approval documents to be approved by the Town of Harrison and included site layout, existing conditions and removal, sediment and erosion control, utility, and site details plans. A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan was prepared in accordance with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the Town of Harrison requirements. We provided permitting coordination services during the design and permitting process.
