SFO Long Term Parking Garage No. 2

The design-build SFO Long Term Parking Garage 2 provides capacity for 3,600 vehicles. The 6-story, 1.2-million-SF parking structure was designed to be most technologically advanced structure of its kind with an Automated Parking Guidance System and infrastructure for 20% electric vehicle charging. The structure is a certified green Parksmart garage, and will achieve net-zero energy consumption via the use of photovoltaic panels, potentially non-potable water in the concrete mix, and other sustainability features. This facility includes a pedestrian and vehicle bridge that connects to the adjacent garage.
