Skyline 776 is a 23-story, mixed-use, luxury apartment building in Downtown Cleveland. Amenities include a rooftop pool and hot tub, a 24-hour fitness center and yoga studio, an indoor theater, two conference rooms, a wellness center, and a Sky Club Café with a rooftop bar. Langan provided an ALTA site survey, Phase I and II ESA, concept and schematic design plans, a hydrology study, retaining wall plans, stormwater plans for the parking garage, and storm sewer revisions.
