St. Luke’s Upper Bucks Campus – Women’s Health Center, West Wing

OVERVIEW
The three-story, 118,000 SF West Wing building at St. Luke’s Upper Bucks Campus will include an 80-bed women’s health center with a cancer center, medical offices, radiation oncology, and expanded obstetric services. Langan’s involvement in this project began with acquisition support to aid expansion of the campus, including extended due diligence, concept planning, cost estimating, and negotiation support. We also conducted significant natural resources permitting to offset potential impacts to adjacent wetlands and waterbodies; provided land development design, permitting, and approvals services; and performed construction oversight and coordination. In addition to on-site development, the project also required major widening and associated improvements to the roadway, intersections, and signals along Route 663 (John Fries Highway).
