Techo International Airport

This state-of-the-art, 280 million SF airport is being built in three phases, with phase one projected to accommodate up to 13 million passengers a year. The development will include a terminal headhouse with two piers, VIP and general aviation terminals, 5,600 parking spaces, and a ground transportation center. Langan reviewed passenger forecasts and flight schedules to design the land-side roadway network, manage traffic flow, and optimize parking provisions. We prepared parking layouts addressing design constraints by focusing on separate single-level lots and connectivity with key arterials and highways. We also provided input for the foul sewer design, storm drainage, and irrigation systems.
