Terrain Wayland Village

Terrain Wayland Village transformed a largely vacant commercial property into a destination for retail, nursery, café, events, and outdoor sales. Langan provided site/civil engineering, surveying, environmental permitting, and construction support services, including grading and drainage design, stormwater management, utility coordination, and wetland permitting. We also supported parking and circulation improvements, coordinated with municipal officials and the project team, and addressed evolving utility and fire-protection requirements throughout construction.
