Terrapin Apartments

Terrapin Apartments is an eight-story, 98,905-SF mixed-income residential community featuring stacked parking, bicycle storage, coworking space, amenities, and a rooftop terrace. Langan coordinated complex utility infrastructure and access for the constrained site, developed creative utility service options, and used 3D modeling to detail the preferred approach and coordinate approvals. The project transforms an underutilized parking lot into much-needed affordable housing, supported by the Amazon Housing Equity Fund.
