The Berkeley

Langan is providing site/civil and geotechnical engineering services for The Berkeley, a new 25-story mixed-use building in West Palm Beach, FL. The project will include 191 residential units and 2,700 SF of commercial space. Our scope includes site/civil design, entitlement phase support, permitting, construction phase services, and preparation of a geotechnical engineering study report.
