The Switchyard

Spanning 10 acres, The Switchyard encompasses a 215-unit multifamily community and 54,000 SF of restaurant, retail, and office space. Langan provided site/civil design services for this mixed-use complex, including site layout, grading, drainage, and overall civil engineering support for multiple components of the development. The work was performed under multiple project phases and supported the delivery of a master‑planned, mixed‑use project intended to activate and transform the downtown Queen Creek area.
