The World Towers

Compromised of three towers within Lodha Place, The World Towers is a 17-acre mixed-use development on the former Shrinivas Mill site in Mumbai. It features three landmark residential towers: World One, World View, and World Crest. Langan provided geotechnical engineering services, including subsurface investigations, foundation evaluations, seismic hazard analyses, advanced finite element modeling, and construction administration. We developed foundation solutions tailored to challenging site conditions and performed a Probabilistic Seismic Hazard Analysis that supported the use of International Building Code seismic requirements, helping establish a precedent for high-rise design in Mumbai.
