Tolworth Tower

When Tolworth Tower opened in 1964, it was the tallest building in the area and quickly became a local landmark. The 22-story office building is being converted into a residential tower with 261 units, amenity areas, coworking space, and retail space on the ground level. Our environmental team designed a Phase 2 ground investigation, oversaw the work, and provided an interpretative report to support the planning application, working closely with geotechnical engineers for an integrated investigation.
