Topgolf

Topgolf Seattle - Renton is a three-story, 56,000-SF, high-tech driving range and entertainment venue located on a 14-acre site. Civil challenges included a complex land-use entitlements process requiring close collaboration with a land use attorney to negotiate conditional use permits with the city. The resulting code variances and modifications kept the project within the estimated schedule and budget, eliminating the need for costly zoning amendments. The project also included an extensive public engagement effort to address multiple stakeholders, including a nearby manufacturing plant, a retail center, and an active neighborhood group.
