Tuxedo Reserve Master Plan

Tuxedo Reserve is a 2,250-acre mixed-use development in the southeastern corner of Orange County, New York. This multi-phase, 15- to 20-year project includes 1,195 residential units and over 100,000 SF of retail, recreational, school, and library space. We provide full site/civil engineering design including water supply, sanitary treatment facility and sewers, public utilities including relocations, stormwater management, flood plains, site access and roadway networks, and off-site infrastructure improvements. Project elements include a new force main installation beneath a highway and rail line to connect to a new Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW) facility, and the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement under the New York State SEQR process.
