Tuxedo Reserve Master Plan

Tuxedo Reserve is a planned integrated development on approximately 1,200 acres in southeastern Orange County and western Rockland County, New York. This multi-phase, 15- to 20-year project includes more than 1,600 residential units and over 100,000 SF of retail and recreational space. We are providing comprehensive land development services, including site/civil engineering design for water supply distribution mains, sanitary sewer infrastructure, electrical utility coordination, stormwater management, drainage improvements, site access and roadway networks, and off-site infrastructure improvements. Project elements include roadway widening and improvements along approximately 3,300 feet of State Route 17, replacement of a box culvert beneath the highway, and development of a new Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW) facility. Because the development and POTW are located on opposite sides of the transportation corridor, a new force main was installed beneath the highway and rail line using trenchless construction methods.
