Langan is providing site/civil and environmental services for the 49-story mixed-use residential tower. Upon completion, this development is slated to become the tallest residential structure on Florida’s west coast. The hotel-branded luxury condominium features 164 residential units, 63,251 SF of Class A office space, 14,398 SF of ground-floor retail, a multilevel parking garage, and a recreational amenity level with a pool deck.
