Waldorf Astoria

Langan is providing site/civil and environmental services for the 49-story mixed-use residential tower. Upon completion, this development is slated to become the tallest residential structure on the west coast of Florida. The project is a hotel-branded luxury condominium featuring 164 residential units, 63,251 SF of Class A office space, and 14,398-SF of ground-floor retail. There will be a multilevel parking garage spanning levels 3-13, and a recreational amenity level with a pool deck on levels 17-18.
