Westhill High School

Westhill High School is undergoing a transformation with the development of a 420,000-SF state-of-the-art facility that will accommodate nearly 2,500 students. Langan is conducting soil characterization sampling to support accurate project planning and confirm compliance with state and federal regulations regarding soil reuse and off-site disposal. During construction, we will provide construction administration and geotechnical and environmental oversight to make sure that environmental standards are met while maintaining project schedules and minimizing disruptions. Our geotechnical team performed a subsurface exploration and prepared a geotechnical engineering report to present our findings, construction feasibility analysis, and recommendations for the school. We also performed a geophysical survey to develop 3D top-of-rock contours across the site.
