Yonkers Fire Station

The City of Yonkers built an 11,600 SF, four-bay fire station on a remediated site with two feet of clean fill. Langan managed site design considerations and secured all necessary permits and approvals. Project improvements included relocating a water line, installing sanitary, water, and stormwater systems, building retaining walls and an underground slab ventilation system, and adding site lighting and landscaping. We continue to provide support services and coordination with the contractor during the construction process.
