EPCRA 

Preparation and planning are at the core of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). Langan’s EPCRA services include the recordkeeping and tracking needed to meet EPCRA requirements, assistance on projects like drafting Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) emergency response plans, preparation of detailed chemical inventories and threshold determinations, and preparation and submission of required reports.
