Memorial Stadium – Indiana Hoosiers Traffic Management

OVERVIEW
The Langan traffic and parking engineering team provided Indiana University with transportation event management services. Our team reviewed the existing Transportation Master Plan, operation plan, signal plans, and other applicable traffic and parking information to understand the current plan and operations climate of the University’s football stadium. Observations were then conducted for two Hoosiers home football game days during the regular season to evaluate traffic and pedestrian operations and to develop recommendations for improvements moving forward.
