Dolphins Water Park at Sun Life Stadium

OVERVIEW
Langan provided multiple engineering services for the proposed Dolphins Water Park at Sun Life Stadium, which is to be located in the existing stadium parking lots. Langan designed 3,600 linear feet of water main along NW 199th Street, closing a large gap in the City of North Miami Beach water distribution system. Langan's traffic and transportation team designed a revamped stadium parking layout of approximately 20,000 spaces in order to absorb the 1,500 spaces to be lost by the development of the water park. Langan also served as the geotechnical engineer of record for this project, which included the coordination of a field investigation.
