Affordable Housing

Langan is committed to fostering positive change in the communities where we live and work—it’s one of our Core Values. Many of our employees call New York “home,” and we are proud to support the development of transitional and permanent affordable housing throughout the state and beyond. By providing residents with affordable living spaces and services (such as childcare, mental health programs, job placement assistance, and community spaces), we are working to keep our communities diverse and inclusive.

We provide integrated engineering and environmental consulting services for affordable and mixed-market housing projects to support initiatives focused on creating livable communities, economic opportunity, and access to education—all of which are the backbone of what we strive to do at Langan.
