Mark K. Seel, PE, PG
Mark Seel has 30 years of experience in geotechnical and geological engineering, and environmental remediation on projects throughout the United States and overseas. His engineering expertise includes assessment and mitigation of geologic hazards, design of trenchless utility installations, ground improvement, landslide/slope stabilization, and deep foundations associated with buildings, transportation and power infrastructure.
Seel specializes in subsurface investigations and desk top studies, and evaluating soil and rock properties for appropriate excavation methods and foundation support. He also has expertise in identifying and evaluating geologic hazards related to former mining, rock and soil slopes, and karst; design of slope stabilization systems; trenchless pipeline installation design; deep foundation analysis and design; and foundation element proof/verification testing inspection.
