Andrew Chun Selected for NAIOP Research Foundation Visionaries Program

The NAIOP Research Foundation selected Andrew Chun for its Visionaries Program. This year’s class of eight emerging leaders was chosen for their career accomplishments, involvement with NAIOP, and demonstrated interest in the foundation’s mission.

The three-year Visionaries Program provides young leaders aged 40 or under with the opportunity to learn from senior professionals and Foundation Governors through an exclusive mentorship program. The visionaries also play an important role in the foundation’s research development process by sharing their perspectives and expertise.

Chun is a Senior Project Manager based in Langan’s Princeton office. He brings over 10 years of experience working on environmentally contaminated sites, with a specific focus on providing sustainable, integrated solutions to revitalize blighted properties and create a positive socioeconomic impact for local communities. Chun is also a co-founder and current leader of the Young Professionals@Langan employee resource group (ERG) and co-chair of Langan’s Next Generation Forum, Langan’s overall ERG Leadership Team, and NAIOP New Jersey’s Developing Leaders Committee.

The Visionaries Program was established in 2017 to connect young professionals with experienced, well-respected industry leaders. The 2024 class will be inducted during NAIOP’s National Forums Symposium in Minneapolis on May 8-10.
