Langan Signs CREW Network CRE Pledge for Action

To further its commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Langan signed Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network’s CRE Pledge for Action. CREW encourages CEOs to sign the industry-driven pledge to publicly commit their firms to implementing initiatives that advance women and other underrepresented groups.

The Pledge for Action prioritizes six goals focused on partnering with CREW Network, conducting a pay equity study, increasing inclusion by sponsoring employees, advancing women to leadership roles, implementing hiring strategies to intentionally increase diversity, and documenting progress.

Langan is committed to championing DEI in the AEC and real estate industries, a commitment that has actively shaped the firm’s culture since its establishment over 50 years ago. With more than 1,600 employees located across 40 offices, Langan prioritizes providing an equitable and inclusive work environment where employees are encouraged to share their skills and knowledge to make impactful contributions. The firm’s DEI efforts are led by a DEI Committee, with support from 10 employee resource groups and local DEI champions.

CREW Network is a global organization that works to advance women in commercial real estate through networking opportunities, industry research, leadership development, and career outreach.

To date, 131 companies representing approximately 357,000 professionals have committed to the pledge.
