ENR California recognized Mike Golias and Katie Regina as Top Young Professionals for 2024. The annual award honors 20 individuals under the age of 40 who have shown extraordinary career leadership and service.
Golias is a Principal at Langan leading the firm’s site/civil practice in Southern California. He specializes in developing e-Commerce distribution centers across California, Nevada, and the Rocky Mountain region. Golias is a highly experienced and results-driven engineer who leads cross-functional teams to successfully bring projects from site selection through construction. His expertise covers site due diligence studies, regulatory permitting, traffic circulation, grading and drainage design, stormwater management, construction observation, and floodplain determination.
Regina is an Associate Principal in Langan’s Irvine office with 16 years of experience providing sustainable solutions for challenging land development projects in Southern California. Her expertise includes soil erosion and sedimentation control, site demolition, site grading, stormwater management, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, utility design, and sustainable and energy-efficient design.
