NAIOP NJ Awards RCINJ Cancer Center Project

NAIOP New Jersey recognized the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey (RCINJ) Jack & Sheryl Morris Cancer Center during its 35th Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards Gala on Thursday, June 16. The project was named a 2022 Deal of the Year mixed-use finalist and winner of the Transformation Award.

Located in New Brunswick, the RCINJ Cancer Center is New Jersey’s first freestanding cancer hospital. The state-of-the-art facility includes space for essential cancer treatments and research, a resilient central utility plant, 900-car parking garage, and community school.
