400 Central is a 1.3-million –SF, 46-story mixed-use tower with luxury condominiums, 60,000 SF of retail and restaurant space, 45,000 SF of Class A office space, and a seven-level parking podium. Langan conducted an environmental site assessment prior to purchase of the property, and provided geotechnical design, testing, preconstruction, and construction observation services for this two-acre downtown development.
