Langan performed a due diligence review for the redevelopment of a 20-story, mixed-used, high-rise building with 242 luxury apartment units, ground-level retail, office space, indoor and outdoor amenities, three parking levels, and three adjacent parking garage levels. We served as a peer reviewer of documents prepared by other consultants and evaluated the potential issues associated with the 1.16-acre project site
