70 Hudson Yards

70 Hudson Yards is a 47-story, 1.1-million-SF office tower that will become New York City’s first zero-carbon-emission skyscraper upon completion. The ground floor will feature retail space, with the upper floors dedicated to commercial offices. Our geotechnical engineers performed subsurface investigations, prepared the foundation design, provided support-of-excavation recommendations, and supported the project as special inspector. Langan’s environmental team completed an NYCOER-compliant remedial investigation and developed Remedial Action Plans for hazardous materials, air quality, and noise to protect public health and meet regulatory requirements. Our surveyors provided boundary, topographic, and utility surveys to support design and construction activities.
