Langan performed a geotechnical engineering peer review and served as a specialty consultant for support of excavation and dewatering for this project on 0.8 acres. The project consists of a 42-story, 480-foot-tall residential tower with a nine-level podium. We also performed hydrogeologic modeling services of the proposed dewatering system and made recommendations for a recharge system to limit impacts to adjacent existing structures.
