Bridge Point Soundview

Bridge Point Soundview is a 536,000-SF Class A light industrial and office campus, featuring four two-story buildings and parking. Design included coordination with Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad entity to accommodate an easement related to a storm line discharge on the property. The site and utility infrastructure design navigated 140 feet of fall across the site, perched atop environmentally sensitive areas including significantly steep slopes towards the Puget Sound.
