Premier Trailer Leasing – Greenville

Langan provided site/civil engineering, landscape architecture, project management, and contract coordination services for Premier Trailer Leasing’s development at 221 and 231 Park South Drive in Greer, SC. The project consolidated four lots and included a 1,700-square-foot office building, paved driveways and parking, ADA improvements, and an expanded gravel storage pad to support trailer leasing operations. We ensured the proposed Outdoor Vehicle Storage use met all zoning and permitting requirements, evaluated utility services, and designed on-site sanitary sewer and water connections. We also prepared and submitted land development and erosion control plans, provided site lighting plans, and coordinated with the project architect, surveyor, and contractor throughout the process.
