Premier Trailer Leasing – Greenville

The Premier Trailer Leasing project in Greer included the consolidation of four lots and the development of a 1,700-SF office building, paved driveways and parking, ADA improvements, and an expanded gravel storage pad to support trailer leasing operations. We confirmed that the outdoor vehicle storage use met zoning and permitting requirements, evaluated available utilities, and designed on-site sanitary sewer and water connections. We also prepared land development and erosion control plans, developed site lighting plans, and coordinated with the project team to advance approvals and construction.
