For the 75,000-SF, 40-feet tall data center, Langan conducted a subsurface investigation to collect site-specific subsurface information within the new building footprint. Our team developed geotechnical recommendations, site-specific response spectra, and ground motion design criteria for the seismically base-isolated structure. We provided geotechnical and seismic support services throughout peer review and design phases and are currently providing geotechnical construction services.
