Carnegie Mellon University, Richard King Mellon Hall of Sciences

Carnegie Mellon University is developing the 278,000-SF R.K. Mellon Hall on its Pittsburgh campus. The new facility will house the School of Computer Science and Institute for Contemporary Art, along with laboratories, classrooms, collaboration spaces, offices, and a café. Langan is providing site/civil, environmental, geotechnical, and surveying services, including site design, subsurface investigations, foundation recommendations, surveys, and environmental oversight.
