Monmouth University, Bruce Springsteen Center for American Music

The 30,000 SF, two- story Bruce Springsteen Center for American Music at Monmouth University contains exhibition galleries, a 230-seat, state-of-the-art theater, and space to host a range of public and educational programs. Langan provided site/civil, traffic, natural resources, and permitting services. We developed a set of design- level drawings for the City of Long Branch, including a demolition plan, a site layout plan, a grading plan, a utility plan, and a soil erosion and sediment control plan. We also prepared a traffic narrative outlining anticipated traffic impacts and site circulation modifications.
