District 1860 is a mixed-use development located on the former Purple Hotel. The development will encompass approximately 85,000-SF, with 40,000-SF being dedicated to retail and restaurant space. It will consist of mixed-use commercial space, Amazon Fresh grocery store, and approximately 300 luxury residential apartments. Langan performed a due diligence review for environmental and geotechnical engineering documents and provided general comments.
