DPR Construction Santa Clara Office

Langan provided integrated landscape architecture, site/civil, environmental, geotechnical, survey, and regulated building material (RBM) services for the DPR Construction 7.1-acre Santa Clara office campus. Services supported the renovation of an existing office building, construction of a new fabrication space, and site improvements, including stormwater management, utility upgrades, parking and ADA improvements, sidewalks, and landscaping. Langan also performed a geotechnical investigation, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, and an RBM survey for asbestos-containing materials, lead-containing paint, and universal wastes, helping streamline regulatory compliance and reduce project costs.
