Echelon Studios

Echelon Studios encompasses two film and television production campuses with 10 sound stages, totaling approximately 600,000 SF. Designed to be 100% electric, each campus includes rooftop solar panels, which are expected to provide 25% of the energy needed. Langan provided environmental, geotechnical, and support of excavation services for both campuses. Our services included Phase I and Phase II environmental investigations, Brownfield Cleanup Program support, environmental remediation, subsurface investigations, foundation and support of excavation design, deep foundation recommendations, and special inspections throughout construction.
