Elmont Self-Storage

Located along the busy commercial route of Linden Boulevard, this new storage facility consists of a three-story building with one-cellar (112,200 GSF). The site is adjacent to residential and commercial lots and has approximately 400 FT fronting the boulevard. On-site parking and vehicular circulation was added to serve a loading bay and office. Prior to commencement of design, Langan evaluated civil engineering issues (e.g. long-lead permit filings). Our construction documentation and administration services included final design, bidding preparations, submittal reviews, and responses to Requests for Information.
