OVERVIEW
Located along State Highway 161, the development consists of two speculative warehouse buildings totaling 464,000 SF. The project required extensive coordination with the City of Grand Prairie to address previous floodplain filling in order to secure the proposed site coverage. Langan developed a floodplain mitigation plan and obtained approval from the City of Grand Prairie and the Dallas County Flood Control District. We also coordinated with TXDOT for access to the State Highway 161 Frontage Road and conducted a Hydraulic & Hydrologic study of the adjacent creek.
