Maplewood Library

Maplewood Library is undergoing reconstruction and expansion to double the size of the facility. The expansion includes a lower-level creative space, two public assembly areas, additional library space for community use, a dedicated children's program room, additional meeting rooms, and new lounge seating, group worktables, and computer stations. Langan performed a geotechnical investigation to provide foundation and waterproofing recommendations and is designing the site circulation, stormwater management, utilities, and natural resources permitting.
