Merrick at the Square

Merrick at the Square is a four-story, 49-unit affordable housing building under construction adjacent to the existing Sever Square Apartments, which is also owned and managed by The Community Builders. The project was submitted to the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development’s One Stop Application in January 2022. Langan conducted boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys; advanced three soil borings across the site with a truck-mounted drill rig; and provided schematic design, design development, and construction documentation services.
