Monmouth Square

Langan is providing site/civil, geotechnical, natural resources permitting and survey services for the redevelopment of the former Monmouth Mall into Monmouth Square, a 1-million-SF, mixed-use, open-air destination in Eatontown, New Jersey. The $500 million project will transform the aging enclosed mall into a vibrant town center featuring 1,000 residential units, new retail and dining, medical office space, and extensive public green areas. Project challenges include the phased demolition of existing mall structures and the design of new infrastructure to support a dense, multi-use community. We are also managing municipal and regulatory approvals, including NJDEP and local utility agency permits, and providing technical support for construction sequencing and site logistics.
