Langan partnered with the Montana State Library (MSL) to modernize the public Montana Cadastral application using Esri’s ArcGIS Experience Builder Developer Edition. We developed custom widgets that integrate with the state’s property card database and implemented a containerized, Git-driven CI/CD pipeline to streamline development and deployment. Working closely with MSL, we ensured the app meets Montana Spatial Data Infrastructure (MSDI) and accessibility standards. The result is a scalable, user-friendly platform and a repeatable development process that enables continuous improvement—demonstrating Langan’s expertise in modernizing legacy GIS applications.
