Mozaic Concierge Living

Mozaic Concierge Living is a 15-acre affordable senior living community featuring independent and assisted living, memory care, and nursing home-style units, along with community amenities and a public walking trail. Langan conducted a subsurface investigation and provided geotechnical recommendations for foundations, settlement, slab construction, and reuse of on-site materials. We also designed the underdrain system and site retaining walls and provided construction administration, oversight, and special inspections.
