Penn State Hershey Medical Center – Campus-Wide Traffic Study

At the request of CannonDesign and the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center (PSHMC), Langan conducted a detailed assessment of traffic and parking conditions at the PSHMC campus. The assessment focused on internal roadway connections, intersections, pedestrian safety and on-site surface parking lots and garages to document existing traffic and parking constraints and to identify opportunities for future improvements at the PSHMC campus.
