Pratt Landing

Located along Echo Bay of the Long Island Sound, this waterfront development will transform a former industrial brownfield site into a hub of residential, retail, and recreational spaces. The project will include 383 residential rental units, 99 condominiums, 40,000 SF of restaurant/retail space, a 150-room hotel, 845 parking spaces, a waterfront park with 8-FT-wide permeable paver pathways, and the restoration of the historic New Rochelle Naval Armory into a 1,951 SF event space and community facility for veterans. Langan enrolled the site as two separate NYSDEC Brownfield Cleanup Program locations, conducted remedial investigations to evaluate subsurface conditions, and developed Remedial Action Work Plans. Our site/civil engineers prepared comprehensive site plan approval documents in accordance with the city standards and submitted a tidal wetland joint permit application to NYSDEC. We also conducted a subsurface investigation and provided project management throughout the SEQR process.
