The View at RockRun Collection

Located on a 310-acre greenfield site, RockRun Collection is a mixed-use development with multi-family residential buildings and space for retail, restaurants, entertainment, hospitality, office, industrial, and medical uses. One phase of the project, The View, includes the construction of 426 garden-style apartments—complete with a clubhouse and associated stormwater detention facilities—across 30 acres. Langan is developing mass grading plans, stormwater detention plans, and landscape improvement plans, which include pond plantings, screening, and buffering to satisfy code requirements.
